Well Cottage is a single storey property, perfect for a small family, a couple, or someone taking a holiday alone, and is the smaller of the two one bedroom cottages at Manston Court.   This lovely cottage is bright, spacious, and has a triple aspect kitchen, living and dining area, which overlook the large private front court yard and garden of Manston Court, giving lovely views out of each window.

As the cottage is all on one level, it is particularly popular with those who have mobility issues.  The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, a refrigerator with freezer box, a microwave oven, toaster and washer/dryer. There is a flat screen television with free view and a dvd player. The pretty bedroom is directly off the sitting room, and has a double bed with additional storage underneath.  The bedside cabinets, and double wardrobe with additional drawers, give plenty of storage space in this cosy cottage.  The large mirrors, pretty pictures and burgundy throw, give this lovely room a chic hotel feel.  The adjoining well equipped ensuite shower room and toilet, complete the convenience and luxury of this lovely property. 

There is private off road parking directly outside the premises, and when it's hot, the tall trees opposite provide cool shade.  There is also a seating area outside the cottage, allowing for alfresco dining, or a nice sunny place to sit whilst enjoying a drink. 

The cost of linen is included in the price, but please could you provide your own beach towels. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also provided, and a high chair and travel cot are also available on request. 

Arrival time is 2pm onwards and departure time is 11am.
