PETS AND SMOKING. Sorry, pets and smoking are NOT allowed in any of the properties.
PRICES. The price of the accommodation includes the following: electricity, gas, hot water, central heating and linen.
DEPOSIT. A 20% deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking, and the final payment is requested 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Thank you.
CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE.
We do appreciate that sometimes circumstances change, and occasionally guests who have made a booking sometimes need to cancel. We therefore strongly suggest that all guests take out a cancellation insurance policy, which is reasonably inexpensive and can be obtained from any good insurance broker, as once you have booked your holiday with us and sent a deposit, the agreement becomes a legally binding contract and your deposit is non-refundable.
If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, and if you have already sent it we will refund it to you as soon as possible. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
NON-AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION.
Occasionally we too could possibly have to cancel your holiday, if circumstances arose that were beyond our control and we were therefore not able to provide the accommodation for you. If this situation did ever occur, we would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or was unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
ARRIVAL. We always aim to have Annie's Cottage and Well Cottage available for our guests by 2pm on the day of their arrival. The Chapel however takes a little longer to prepare, but we try to ensure that this property is available by 3pm on the day of your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you.
DEPARTURE. Please be ready to leave the cottage by 10am on the day of departure, to allow us sufficient time to clean the property for our next guests. However we are happy to alter that time by arrangement, if we don't have new guests arriving that day. Please try to leave the accommodation as clean as possible. If you have made use of any service for which payment has not been made during your stay, we will provide you with an invoice.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES. Please take care with our properties. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge if you do not report this.
LIABILITY. We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves, or by our employees, or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
DATA. Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on computer, but this information will not be shared with anyone else.
